DCBL changes name

KATHMANDU,DEC 5:
DCBL Bank's AGM has endorsed the bank's decision to change its name to Grand Bank Ltd. Likewise, AGM also approved the 4.34 per cent dividend distribution. After the distribution of the cash and stock dividend the bank's paid up capital will increase to Rs 2 billion.
