DBAN Unveils Winners of Global Money Week 2024 Essay Competition

The Dhitopatra Brokers Association Nepal (DBAN) announced the winner of the National Essay Competition held in conjunction with Global Money Week 2024.

Kalpana Rajbanshi from the Central Department of Management, Kirtipur, secured the first prize for her essay on "Initiatives in fostering financial literacy in the Capital Market of Nepal."

Prajwal Bikram Thapa from Kathmandu University School of Management and Pradip Gharti Chhetri from Manasarowar Multiple Campus, Humla, claimed the second and third prizes, respectively.

The evaluation committee, comprising Hari Prasad Wagle, Bishnu Kumar Giri, and Sandeep Bikrma Rana, selected the winners based on content presentation, interpretation, language, and coverage.

Global Money Week is an annual campaign aimed at promoting financial education among teenagers and young adults worldwide, including Nepal. The Dhitopatra Brokers Association Nepal (DBAN) will host a program to award cash prizes to the winners.
