Daily Summary: NEPSE Gains 73.01 Points and Closes at 2,765.47, Intraday Turnover Rises to Rs. 7.10 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 2,765.47 today after gaining 73.01 points from the last trading day closing. This is a gain of 2.71% on the index. The index had gained 43.29 points Thursday.

239 scrips traded hands via 82,113 transactions. The Float index is at 190.49 after gaining 2.73% while the Sensitive index gained 2.61% and is now at 519.37.

Api Power Company Limited (API) had the highest turnover of Rs. 29 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 516.10 per share. Prabhu Bank (PRVU) shares traded the most.

A total of four companies technically gained 10%, hence hitting the positive circuit breaker. Meanwhile,  10% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2086 ( SBIBD86 ) lost the highest 1.42%, hence closing at Rs. 1,010.

All sectors closed green today. Among all other sectors that closed green, "Trading" has gained the highest 6.08%.
