Bulls Sieze Back Control: NEPSE Gains Impressive 52.31 Points With Rise in Turnover, All Sector Indices Close Green

The NEPSE index closed at 2,566.90 today after gaining 52.31 points from last trading day's closing. The index had lost 30.29 points yesterday.

The index opened at 2,512.04 today and made the intraday low at 2,499.03. It then closed at the intraday high of 2,566.90.

226 scrips traded hands via 43,538 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 5,610,631 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.791 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than yesterday's turnover of Rs. 2.352 Arba.

Api Power Company Ltd. (API) had the highest turnover of Rs. 16.65 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 513 per share. Its shares were also traded the most.

Meanwhile, Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) gained the highest 9.98% and closed at Rs. 341.50. On the other side of things, Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) lost the highest 3.08% and closed at 1,100.

All sectors have closed green today. Finance gained the highest 5.06%.
