Customers of Metlife Nepal can now make online insurance claim; can submit all required information and documents online for faster process

MetLife Nepal has launched its Online Claims Intimation service this week, giving customers a faster and easier way to submit their claims, including any necessary documents online. Once all the required information and documentation has been uploaded, MetLife’s claims team will process the claim immediately.  

Customers can follow this simple step-by-step guide to complete the process online. 

This latest initiative is a part of MetLife Nepal’s ongoing efforts to simplify and digitize services to better support our customers, which include online policy applications, premium payments, and KYC updates, as well as our new customer service app.
