Customer care centers steadily gain traction among Nepalese banks; Global IME Bank launches call center to sort out banking related queries and troubles from 8 am till 7 pm

Global IME Bank has launched its all-new call center service “Global Connect” keeping in consideration the growing need for digital and virtual banking.

Customers will now be able to talk to the customer Care representatives of the bank from 8 am till 7 pm and get their banking related queries and troubles sorted out without even visiting their respective branches. Customers will need to give a call to +977 01 5970600, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its branches in 71 districts, 234 ATM terminals, 41 extension and revenue collection counters, 218 branchless banking units and 3 foreign relations offices   under its network.
