Crest Micro Life Insurance's First AGM: A Step Towards Growth

The first annual general meeting of Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited was held successfully in Surkhet, where the company's registered office is situated.

Rishiraj More, the chairman of the board of directors, presented the company's annual report and the meeting unanimously passed it. A resolution was adopted to issue ordinary shares to the public, with the board of directors authorized for the task.

Directors elected from the founding group included Rishiraj More, Mridula Saria, Rohit Karan Baidya, and Bidur Puri, along with Pabitra Lal Chuke appointed as an independent director.

Additionally, the assembly approved the appointment of an external auditor for the fiscal years 2079.080 and 2080.081.

The Chief Executive Officer, Pratap Man Shrestha, delivered a welcome speech, highlighting the company's progress to shareholders and dignitaries. The chairman adjourned the meeting, expressing gratitude to all attendees.
