Country & International Dev. Bank announce 7.25 & 9.5% stock dividend respectively

Country Development Bank Limited (CNDBL) has decided to distribute 7.25 percent bonus share and 0.38 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
In the previous fiscal year 2070/71, CNDBL had distributed percent 4% bonus and 12 % cash dividend to their shareholders.
Similarly, International Development Bank Limited (INDBL) has also announced 9.5 % bonus share and 0.5% cash dividend including for the tax purpose from the profit of fiscal year 2070/71.
The BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-08-27 has proposed distribution of 9.5% Stock Dividend (Bonus Shares) and 0.5% Cash Dividend to their Shareholders
In the previous fiscal year 2070/71, INDBL had distributed percent 10 %bonus and 10 % cash dividend to their shareholders.
The decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s respective upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
