Country Including Kathmandu Valley Sees Rainfall

Various places, including the Kathmandu Valley, witnessed rain after months on Sunday.

The Weather Forecasting Division has informed that light to moderate rainfall occurred in different parts of the country, including the federal capital.

Meteorologist at the Division, Sanjeev Adhikari, informed that the westerly wind caused the rainfall. Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Sudurpaschim Province, and other places recorded rainfall. 

Dhunibeshi of Dhanding witnessed maximum rain- 12 mm.

Moreover, there is light rain in some places of the Sudurpaschim and Gandaki provinces.
