Country development to distribute dividend warrants from Sunday

Country Development Bank Limited (CNDBL) starts distributing its cash dividend warrants to the shareholders from today ( Ashad 27)..
The dividend warrants can be collected from the bank’s RTS Civil Capital Market Limited, Kamaladi from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday, according to a notice issued by the bank.
The development bank 7th Annual General Meeting held on Jestha 30 had endorsed 12 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
Country Development Bank had reported net profit of Rs.18.02 million in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
