Corporate Development Bank's AGM on 29th Ashwin; Bank to change its operational area

Corporate Development Bank Limited has announced its 12th AGM on 29th Ashwin, 2077.

The AGM will be held in the company's central office in Adarshanagar, Birgunj, Parsa. The AGM will start at 7:35 AM that day.

The AGM will discuss the annual report prepared for the year 2076/77. Among other things, the AGM will propose removing Makwanpur and Kavre from the list of its operational area. Meanwhile, Rautahat, Sarlahi, and Mahottari will be added. With this, the Corporate Development Bank's operational districts will fall in the same province.
