Corporate Development Bank announces 11th AGM on 27th Asadh, 2076; investors holding shares of the company till yesterday to be eligible for participation

The BOD meeting of Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) held on 31^st Jestha, 2076, has decided that the 11^th AGM of the company will be held on 27^th Asadh, 2076 (12^th July, 2019) at the branch office of the company, GhantaGhar, Birgunj from 7:15 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of the year 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the year 75/76. The AGM will also provide authority to the BOD to look for suitable BFI for the purpose of merger and acquisition.

Investor holding shares of the company till 3^rd Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
