ConnectIPS begins online payment of tax and service fee for Dharan sub-metropolitan; becomes first local government in Nepal to adopt a tech-friendly system

ConnectIPS service has begun the payment service under which residents of the Dharan sub-metro can now pay their taxes and service charges directly from their ConnectIPS account without being physically present in the local government. With this service, Dharan has become the first local government to implement a digital tax and service fee payment system in the nation.

Customers can receive their user name and password to their ConnectIPS account right in their email and mobile number. They will need to communicate to the email address epayment@dharan.gov.np for getting registered and for further queries, as per the media statement.
