6,18,588 unit bonus shares of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 8th AGM on 8th Chaitra, 2081, and endorsed a 9.2489% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 38th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 12 proposed a 9.2489% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. 1.2489% bonus shares and 9% cash dividends were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.51 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
