Commerz And Trust Bank lists shares

KATHMANDU, MAY 12:

Commerz and Trust Bank Nepal Ltd (CTBNL) has listed 20 million units of shares for trading at Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse). The bank that had conducted its Initial Public Offering in February was oversubscribed by almost 12 times the offer size of Rs 600 million. The commercial bank has listed six million units of ordinary shares along with 14 million units of promoter shares. The trading of these shares can be started from Thursday. Total number of listed companies at Nepse has reached 230, according to the stock exchange that has 29 commercial banks
