Closing day of 1:1.15 right shares of Premier Insurance

Today is the last day to get hold of 1:1.5 right shares of Premier Insurance Company limited. Premier Insurance had offered 13,48,951 unit right shares at the ratio of 1:1.15.

The company’s special General Meeting held on Baishak 7, 2071 had decided to offer 1:1.15 right shares for its existing shareholders.

Shareholders till Falgun 25, 2071 are eligible to apply for the right shares.

Laxmi Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for this right issue.

The company hopes to raise its authorized capital to Rs 75 crore and paid-up to Rs 50 crore through the right issue.
