Clean Energy Development Bank gets new CEO

Clean Energy Development Bank Limited (CEDBL) has appointed its Deputy CEO  Kapil Sharma as acting CEO after the incumbent CEO of the company Manoj Goyal has resigned from the post.

A meeting of the company’s BoD took the decision to this effect last week, as notified by the development bank today.

Sharma has been in the banking sector for almost three decades starting his career with NABIL Bank. He was the Chief Operating Officer in NABIL Bank prior to joining CEDB.

Goyal, too, has contributed more than two decades in the banking sector starting his career with NABIL Bank. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of NMB Bank and Bank of Kathmandu before joining CEDBL.
