Clean Energy announces 10% Stock Dividend, NRB approves Deprosc Dividend

The BOD meeting of Clean Energy Development Bank Limited has proposed 10 percent bonus share and 0.526 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The BoD meeting of bank held on Mangsir 2, 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subject to approval from the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Also, Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has that the proposed 35% Bonus Share and 15% Cash Dividend decided by its 156th BOD meeting held on 2071-06-13 has been approved by NRB which subject to the approval of its upcoming AGM.
