Clean Energy announces 10% dividend

KATHMANDU, JAN 12: 

Clean Energy Development Bank has decided to extend cash dividend equivalent to 10 percent of the earnings made in the last fiscal year to its shareholders. The decision was taken during the bank´s 6th annual general meeting held on Friday. Dhananjaya Acharya, the bank´s chairman, informed the meeting about the current financial position of the bank. The meeting also elected Manish Agrawal and Anup Acharya as directors of the bank to represent general shareholders. The bank has mobilized deposits of Rs 6.43 billion and dispersed loans amounting to Rs 5.52 billion as of mid-December.
