CJ Regmi ready to lead election govt

KATHMANDU, FEB 25 -

Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi has agreed to lead the election government, leaders of the political parties have said.

Leaders of major four political parties had reached Regmi's official residence in Baluwatar to seek an answer from Regmi regarding the leadership of election government.

Leaders said the meeting, initiated by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattara, ended positively. The nation is now heading to election, they said to reporters outside the CJ's residence after emerging from the meeting.
