Civil, Siddartha sign remittance pact

KATHMANDU, June 18:

Civil Bank Ltd and Siddartha Bank Ltd have signed an agreement to provide remittance payment service. Customers of both the banks can get remittance facility from every branch of Civil Bank Ltd and Siddartha Bank Ltd, a statement issued on Wednesday said.

Civil is operating with a network of 40 branch offices, while Siddartha has 46 branches. Kishore Maharjan, CEO of Civil Bank Ltd, and Surendra Bhandari, CEO of Siddartha Bank Ltd, signed the agreement on behalf of Civil Bank Remit and SBL Remit, respectively.
