Civil Laghubitta organizes capacity development training for its employees; 100 plus managerial level employees gather in Chitwan for annual refreshment training

Civil Laghubitta has organized capacity development training for its employees where the microfinance institution has trained the managers about branch management and deposit identification.

The event that was in place from Mangsir 2 to 5 saw the participation of 100 participants including branch managers, cluster heads, and employees from the central office which was facilitated by the CEO of the company Mr. Binod Acharya, Chairman Mr. Sachin Jung Rayamajhi, as per the media statement.

Microfinance currently has its presence via 74 branches serving 58K plus rural households, as per the media statement.
