Civil Laghubitta convenes 8th AGM; endorses 5% bonus and 5% cash dividend to shareholders

Civil Laghubitta has convened its 8^th AGM on Asad 26, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sachin Jung Rayamajhi.

The AGM has decided to issue 5% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend out of its net profit for the previous fiscal year and also elected Mr. Krishna Prashad Adhikari as the BoD from the public shareholder group.

The microfinance currently has 48 branches in 27 districts serving more than 33K rural households, as per the media statement.
