Civil Laghubitta convenes 7th AGM; endorses 7% dividend and 100% right shares

Civil Laghubitta has successfully concluded its 7th AGM on Poush 29, 2075 under the leadership of microfinance's chairman Mr. Sachin Jung Rayamajhi. the AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 3.89 % cash dividend to its shareholders.

In addition, the AGM in its special proposal has endorsed 4% bonus shares following which the paid up capital will be raised to Rs 11.41 crore. Afterwards, the company will issue 100% right shares, as further endorsed by the AGM.

The microfinance currently provides its services from 35 branches located in 23 different districts of the nation and is mulling to expand further with new facilities.
