Civil Laghubitta (CLBSL) Proposes 11% Bonus Dividend for Fiscal Year 2078/79

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) has proposed an 11.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

11% bonus shares and 0.58% cash dividend (for tax purposes) have been proposed by the company. The dividend will be distributed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 28.81 Crores. Thus, the bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 3.16 crores and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 16.68 lakhs.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval from the central bank and endorsement by the microfinance company's upcoming auction. As of writing, CLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 960.
