Civil Laghubitta appoints Century Capital Market to issue its 11.41 lakh right shares; microfinance to issue 100% right shares soon
Civil Laghubitta has appointed Century Capital as issue manager to float its 100% right shares to the shareholders. The agreement was signed on Bhadra 16, 2076 between CEO of Laghubitta Mr. Balram Paudel and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Jhabindra Khatri to issue 11.41 lakh shares.
