Civil Capital to convene SGM on Ashoj 10; Topic including issuance of IPO to be discussed

Civil Capital Market Limited has announced its Special General Meeting to be convened on Ashoj 10, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Civil Capital Market, Sundhara at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting are:

1. To make amendments in the MoA and regulations.
2. To discuss about the issuance of right shares to raise the paid-up capital of the company.
3. To discuss about issuing Initial Public Offering (IPO)
4. To provide necessary authority to the BoD for the amendments of capital structure of the capital for issuance of IPO
