Civil Capital Market to convene 10th AGM on Mangsir 28; To approve 8.42% cash dividend

Civil Capital Market has announced its 10th AGM to be convened on Mangsir 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include amendment of the regulation and to provide authority to the BOD to make further amendments.
Other agendas of the meeting are endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75 and approval to distribute 8.42% cash dividend worth Rs 1.10 crore.
