Civil Capital Market convenes its 12th AGM; endorses proposal of 5% cash dividend to shareholders

Civil Capital Market has virtually convened its 12th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% cash dividend worth Rs 1.06 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The AGM has also endorsed other regular proposals such as the financial statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
