Civil Bank virtually convenes its 10th AGM; endorses proposal of 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend to shareholders

Civil Bank has virtually convened its 10^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Falgun 9, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8% bonus shares worth Rs 64.02 crore and 0.42% cash dividend worth Rs 3.34 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement.

The AGM also reappoints N.B.S.M. and Associates as its auditor for the ongoing fiscal year and authorized the board to carry out mergers/ acquisitions and appointing strategic partners, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 114 branches, 6 extension counters, and 89  ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
