Civil Bank to enhance leadership and competency development of its employees; inks MoU with Rice University affiliated Leadership Academy Nepal

Civil Bank has entered into an agreement with Leadership Academy Nepal which is affiliated with Rice University of USA to enhance human resource development and competence growth of its employees.

The MoU regarding the same was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Gobinda Gurung and CTO of Leadership Academy Nepal Mr. Arun Joshi on Jestha 8, 2076.

The bank currently has 73 branches in operation and is mulling to bring 33 more branches online, as per the statement.
