Civil Bank to convene 2 years AGM together; offering 10.25% bonus and 4.05% cash dividend for last 2 fiscal years

Civil Bank Limited (CBL) will be convening its 7^th and 8^th AGM together on Baisakh 27, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar; Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include

1. To endorse 10.25% bonus shares worth Rs 74.40 crore and 0.54% cash dividend worth Rs 3.91 crore (for tax purpose) of FY 2073/74 and 4.05% cash dividend worth Rs 29.40 crore of FY 2074/75 and changes its AOA and MOA accordingly.
2. To give authority to BOD for merger and acquisition.
3. To elect 6 new BOD members representing 3 from promoter shareholders group and 3 from ordinary shareholders group.
4. Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74 and FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2074/75 and FY 2075/76.

For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Baisakh 10, 2076 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Baisakh 9, 2076 can claim for dividend and participate on AGM.

The last trading price of Civil Bank on April 15 is Rs 163.
