Civil Bank signs MOU with F1soft International; to enable its customers to enjoy total digital banking experience

Civil Bank has officially signed MOU with F1soft international on 16th Feb-2022 to enable OMNI channel platform so as to provide one of the finest digital payment solutions to the entire customer giving a different taste of user experience where customers can self - customize their most preferred payment solution on the go.

With this, users now can experience additional and unique digital services like sending digital cash to non-Bank customers for counter withdrawal, making deposits using digital vouchers, scheduling appointments at the Bank, applying for loans and opening accounts, inquiry about digital banking products, customer segment-wise product profiling and many more. Even Non-Bank users can receive cash sent from e-cash and get to know about digital banking products of the Bank.

The Bank has been providing banking service to around 7 lakhs customers from its wide network range having 115 branches, 10 extension counters, and 97 ATMs across the country.
