Civil Bank hands over tree guards worth Rs 8 lakh to Pashupati temple to preserve the newly planted saplings; earlier provided 300 such tree guards to the temple parking area
Civil Bank, under its CSR initiative, has handed over 200 tree guards worth Rs 8 lakh to Pashupati Area Development Board so as to protect the recently planted saplings.
The tree guards were handed over to member secretary of the board Dr. Milan Kumar Thapa by Chief Information Officer of the bank Mr. Sachin Jung Rayamajhi
The bank had earlier handed over 300 tree guards to protect the saplings it had initiated to plant around the parking area of Pashupati temple and is also bearing all the financial costs for the five years to take care of these growing trees, as per the media statement.
