Civil Bank, Easy Link sign remittance pact

KATHMANDU, Nov 19 :
Civil Bank Ltd entered into agreement with Easy Link Remittance to facilitate smooth transfer of funds from Japan to Nepal.
According to a bank statement, Civil´s CEO Kishore Maharjan and Dipendra Khanal, Manager of Easy Link Remittance, signed the agreement to this effect amid a ceremony held on Tuesday.
“The agreement is expected to benefit Nepalis who are working or residing in Japan. Payments can be received from Civil Bank´s 41 branch offices across the country,” the statement added.
