Civil Bank distributing cash dividend since Poush 6, 2076; Urges shareholders to update account to receive dividend

Civil Bank Limited (CBL) is distributing 6.57% cash dividend directly to bank accounts to its shareholders and has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

The 9th AGM of the bank had approved 6.57% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of 2075/76.

The distribution has started from Poush 06, 2076. Therefore, shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet or haven't update bank information in demat account are urged to do so in order to receive dividend.
