Civil Bank convenes its 12th AGM; endorses proposal of 5.26% dividend for its shareholders and acquisition by Himalayan Bank

Civil Bank has convened its 12^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 on Poush 28, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The AGM also endorsed the acquisition of the bank by Himalayan Bank with 80.28 unit shares of Himalayan Bank for 100 unit shares of Civil Bank, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its 8 lakh customers from its 115 branches, 13 extension counters, 102 ATM outlets present under its network.
