Civil Bank convenes its 11th AGM; endorses proposal of 5.26% dividend for its shareholders

Civil Bank has convened its 11^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 on Poush 30, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank had raised deposits of Rs 91 arba and disbursed loans of Rs 87 arba during the review period, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 115 branches, 10 extension counters, 87 ATM outlets present under its network.
