Civil Bank celebrates 10th Anniversary with slogan - I am a responsible Civilian | Plasma Donation, Free meals to the unemployed, and more
Civil Bank, which has been operating since Mangsir 10, 2067, after obtaining a Class-A license from Nepal Rastra Bank, has successfully completed ten years of service.
With a belief that a better society can be built if everyone fulfills their responsibilities, the Bank has celebrated its tenth anniversary yesterday, i.e. Mangsir 10, 2077, by organizing various programs. The programs were celebrated under the bank's Social Responsibility theme with the ongoing pandemic under consideration. The slogan of all the programs was - "I am a responsible civilian".
Social Responsibility Programs:
1) Commitment from the bank's Covid19-recovered employees to donate plasma needed for the treatment of corona infection.
2) Bank in collaboration with "Hamro Team Nepal" sponsors 10 meal servings (distributed in multiple days) in Tundikhel for those who lost their jobs due to the Corona epidemic.
3) Bank hands over rice stock for three months to Hari Khadka, chairperson of Matatirtha Old Age Home.
Furthermore, the bank also conducted a virtual celebration program where the CEO and the chairman of the board expressed their gratitude to everyone who supported the bank in all these years.
