Civil Bank and Union Nepal Life Insurance into bancassurance agreement; to facilitate sales of insurance policies through 69 branches

Civil Bank Ltd has entered into an agreement with Union Nepal Life Insurance Limitedas its agent to sell Life Insurance policies. The Agreement was signed byChief Executive Officer Mr. GovindaGurung of Civil Bank Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer of Union Nepal Life Insurance Limited Mr. Manoj Kumar Lal Karn.

Following the Agreement, Customers can now avail life insurance policiesand hassle-free Bancassuranceservices through Civil Bank Limited’s69 branches spread acrossthe country in a convenient manner said Mr. GovindaGurung, CEO of the Bank.

Prior to this, the Bank has also been offering Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance products to its customers through a similar agreements.
