Civic Development Bank proposes cash dividend

Civic Development Bank has proposed cash dividend worth Rs 78,95,000 to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company took the decision to this effect recently.
The proposed dividend is, however, subject to the approval of NRB and the upcoming AGM of the finance company.
