Civic Dev. Bank announces 1:1 ratio Right Share

The 107th BOD meeting of Civic Development Bank Limited has proposed to issue 1:1 right share to its shareholders.
The BoD meeting of bank held on Mangsir 7, 2071 has decided to propose right share to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Earlier, the bank has offered to distribute 15.79 cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2070/71.
