City express to conduct 13th AGM: Agendas include the proposal of 100% right issue

City Express Finance Company will be convening its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at C.W Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are

1. To increase the paid-up capital.
2. To issue 100% right shares
3. To amend its Article of Association and Memorandum of Association.
4. To discuss about the merger/Acquisition.

Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial highlights of FY 2074/75 and appointment of auditor of FY 2075/76. The book closure day for the AGM has been set on Kartik 16, 2075 till Kartik  29, 2075 for the purpose of AGM. Shareholder’s holding company share till  Kartik 15, 2074 are eligible to participate in the AGM. The company had recently issue 167% right share of Rs 25 crore to its shareholders. After the fully subscription of this right issue, the paid up capital of the company will reach Rs 40 crores. Again, after the issuance of 100% proposed right share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 80 crore of the company.
