City Express reports net loss of Rs 5.32 lakh till Q2; Net worth per share at Rs 69.16

City Express Finance Limited (CEFL) has published an unaudited financial report for the second quarter today. It has stated that its net loss stands at Rs.5.32 lakh from profit of Rs.12.53 lakh crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2075/76.

The finance company’s deposit collection has decreased to Rs 11.55 Crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year. It has a paid-up capital of Rs.40 Crore.

Net Interest income is the primary source of income for a finance company, which has grown from Rs.60.56 Lakhs to Rs.1.11 crore by the end of the second quarter. Currently, the Net worth per share stands at Rs.69.16.
