City Development successfully conducts its 8th AGM, approves 22% bonus

Pokhara based City Development Bank Limited has successfully conducted its 8^th Annual General Meeting on Poush 18, 2071. The meeting has unanimously approved the agenda of distributing 22 percent bonus share to its shareholders.

The company Chairman Rajendra Prasad Bataju has presented the financial highlights of FY 2070/71 in front of shareholders and also briefs the company performance during the year.

City Development Bank paid up capital rises to Rs 46.81 crore after the adjustment of this year bonus share. Till Asar end bank has Rs 4.06 billion deposit and has mobilized Rs 3.18 billion in loan and advances and has 13 branch office.

The meeting has elected 2 directors representing from public shareholders namely Karma Kumari Gurung and Rabindra Nath Bastola.
