City Development Bank extends ongoing 10:3 right share issue till Mangsir 16

City Development Bank Limited (CDBL) extends its ongoing 10:3 ratio Right shares issue till Mangsir 16, 2071.

Earlier, as per the published notice, it was supposed to closed on Mangsir 9, 2071.

9,24,000 units of right shares are being floated for its existing shareholders since kartik 5.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager of this right issue.

Earlier, City Development Bank Limited has offered 22% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2070/71.
