City Development bank announces AGM on Poush 18; 23.15 % dividend in offing

City Development  Bank (CDBL) is going to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting on Poush 18 , 2071; which will endorse 22 percent bonus share and 1.1578 cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The annual general meeting is going to be held at Fulbari Resort and Spa, Pokhara  at 9:30 AM on Poush 18, 2071 .The bank has also announced date of book closure on Poush 3 to Poush 18.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, merger and Acquisition.

In the previous year, Bank offered 21.38 percent bonus share and 1.12  percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
