Citizens starts ATM service in Karnali

KATHMANDU, June 10:

Citizens Bank International Ltd has claimed to have started ATM service for the first time in Karnali zone.

Issuing a statement, the bank said ATM terminal installed at its Jumla branch is first one in the entire zone.

"The bank believes that the ATM service will be of great help for the people of Jumla and surrounding areas as well as the tourists arriving here,” the statement reads.

The bank has already opened branch offices in Simikot of Humla and Dunai of Dolpa.

According to the bank, it is also planning to open branch offices in Baglung, Dharan of Sunsari, Thapathali of Kathmandu, Bhojpur, Chainpur of Bajhang and Nijgadh of Bara in the near future.
