Citizens Mutual Fund and Citizens Capital Distribute Cash Dividends to Unit Holders and Shareholders

Citizens Mutual Fund has begun distributing cash dividends to unit holders from its various schemes for the fiscal year 2081/82. Citizens Mutual Fund-2 is providing 8.25% (Rs. 4.62 crore), and Citizens Super 30 Mutual Fund is providing 12.75% (Rs. 9.57 crore) in dividends starting from 2082/05/20. Additionally, Citizens Mutual Fund-1, which matured on 2081/11/19, has distributed Rs. 92.66 crore at NAV 11.30, including the previous year’s 13% dividend.
Citizens Capital Limited is also distributing Rs. 3.2 crore dividends to its shareholders starting from 2082/05/20. Unit holders with pending dividends are advised to update their bank accounts and contact Citizens Capital Limited. The company, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank, is authorized by the Nepal Securities Board to manage collective investment funds, issue and manage securities, provide portfolio management, advisory, underwriting, and Demat services. Its registered office is in Battuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, led by Chairman Rajendra Lal Shrestha and CEO Sabir Bade Shrestha.
