Citizens Capital Launches Nepal’s First Open-Ended Mutual Fund Scheme
Citizens Capital Limited, a leading merchant bank and subsidiary of Citizens Bank International, has launched Nepal’s first open-ended mutual fund scheme, the Citizens Sadabahar Scheme, under the Citizens Mutual Fund. Approved by the Securities Board of Nepal, the scheme opens for unit sales from Ashadh 13 to Ashadh 27, 2082 (June 27 – July 10, 2025) with a fund size of NPR 500 million.
Investors can subscribe via Mero Share or C-ASBA member banks, with investments ranging from NPR 1,000 to NPR 50 million. The scheme offers SIP options and expects an average annual return of 15.10%. Citizens Capital provides extensive financial services and nationwide access through Citizens Bank branches.
